Tasks

-Oversee multiple projects at once, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion. -Coordinate with clients, general contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. -Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues proactively. -Lead and manage subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are met. -Manage all aspects of electrical construction for multifamily projects — from kickoff through closeout. -Track project financials, including budgets, change orders, and cost forecasting. -Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and submittals.

What You Bring

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will oversee multiple multifamily projects simultaneously — managing schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance from start to finish. This role is ideal for a driven leader with strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple crews and complex electrical scopes across several active jobs. -Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and construction methods. -5+ years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager in construction. -Experience running multiple projects concurrently. -Proven background managing multifamily residential projects (garden-style, podium, or mixed-use). -Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. -Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
