Tasks

-To build your career by assisting in the delivery of ‘leading edge’ engineering projects. -Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery -Act as the Lift Appointed Person, planning and supervising lifting operations -Lead site operations ensuring safety, quality, and programme compliance -Coordinate and manage temporary works in line with engineering and safety standards -Monitor site progress, manage risk, and implement corrective actions as needed -Maintain accurate site records and contribute to project reporting -To work with a vibrant, agile and multi-functional team in delivering projects on time, safely, to budget and to the required quality standards. -Champion health, safety, and environmental best practices across the site

What You Bring

-AP – To have a combination of experience in lifting operations and relevant qualifications, such as the CPCS Appointed Person course. -Relevant construction qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, TWC certification, Lifting Operations qualification) -Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills -Proven experience as a Site Manager in the Power or Renewables construction industry -Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and interface with engineering teams -Strong communication and teamwork skills. -TWC – The CITB Temporary Works Coordinator Training Course (TWCTC) or approved other
