Overview

Prep, configure, and ship tech kits, manage inventory, and track assets for construction projects.

Tasks

-Configure, test, and prepare technology hardware prior to shipment -Collaborate across departments to coordinate shipping schedules and ensure on-time deliveries -Verify and document all components using digital tools and asset tracking software -Maintain clean and accurate data across inventory and deployment systems -Support process improvement and technology adaptation initiatives -Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies. -Manage inventory levels and organize technology kits for outbound delivery -Follow all safety protocols in handling equipment and materials -Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.

What You Bring

-Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment. -Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and basic data systems -Regular, reliable attendance -Ability to lift and move packages (typically up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods -Excellent communication and problem-solving skills -Technical aptitude — experience with software installation, device setup, or similar preferred -Work productively and meet deadlines timely -1–3 years of experience in logistics, inventory coordination, or equipment deployment -Self-directed, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
