On-site manager for large water/wastewater construction projects in the SWIFT program

What You Bring

-8 years of progressively challenging experience on major construction projects providing Construction Management or Construction Administration/Construction Inspection services. -Past experience troubleshooting complex project related problems. -Valid U.S. Driver’s License and as a condition of employment, must be able to pass AECOM’s Motor Vehicle Records review. -Valid OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certificate. -Certified Construction Manager (CCM) Certification. -10+ years of relevant experience, with over 5 years of demonstrated field experience is highly preferred. -Past experience with both design-bid-build and collaborative delivery platforms at treatment plants with capacities greater than 30 mgd OR treatment projects in excess of $100 million. -Proven working knowledge of construction scheduling. -Advanced Degree in Engineering or Management. -Proven as excellent leader with exceptional interpersonal skills including excellent oral and written communication skills. -Experience with Project Management Information System (PMIS) and Construction Management Information System (CMIS) software applications and processes. -Experience working in/for municipal agencies or utility infrastructure organizations. -Proven working knowledge of construction scheduling experience with Oracle Primavera P6 platform. -Sponsorship for US Employment Authorization is not available now or in the future for this position. -Proficient with MS Office software platform. -Bachelor’s Degree in construction or Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related engineering field, and 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. -Due to the nature of the work, U.S. Citizenship is required.
