Tasks

-Helping monitor and manage cashflows to ensure smooth financial performance of the project. -Supporting the Commercial and Procurement teams with subcontractor packages and contract documentation. -Collaborating with the Senior Quantity Surveyor and wider team to ensure commercial objectives are met. -Assisting in the preparation and coordination of procurement documentation and processes. -Contributing to pricing, cost management, and margin control in line with project targets.

What You Bring

Whether you're an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor or recently stepping into the role, you'll gain hands-on exposure to all stages of the commercial process – from subcontractor procurement to cost control and cashflow forecasting. -Experience in a similar role within the construction industry, preferably on medium to large-scale projects. -Excellent attention to detail and communication skills – essential qualities for a successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor. -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and commercial management tools. -Strong knowledge of contract administration and payment compliance processes.
