Tasks

-Oversee and mentor CAD Drafters – review plans prepared by CAD Drafters for accuracy, completeness and conformance to company and client standards. -Construction layout calculations, as-built surveys and/or sketches. -Assist and work directly with Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers. -Deed and reference map plotting. -Grade sheet preparation. -Survey traverse adjustments. -Preparation of Subdivision Plans and Lot Consolidation Plans. -Accountable for plan presentation. -Post survey field data analysis and/or conversions as necessary. -ALTA/NSPS land title survey preparation. -Preparation and set-up of survey data for field crews. -Preparation of Metes & Bounds descriptions.

-Topographic analysis. -Cutting-Edge Technology: We utilize advanced tools like Trimble, Leica, and 3D laser scanners to ensure the highest standard of work. -Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. -Proficient with MS Word and Excel. -Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as a team member. -Excellent organizational and communication skills. -Strong math skills. -Light to moderate lifting may be required. -Ability to learn new software and technologies in a timely manner. -30+ Years of Expertise: We’ve earned a reputation for exceptional quality, precision, and dependability over three decades of service. -Preparation of FEMA Elevation certificate. -Ability to meet project deadlines within budget. -Ability to create mapping from field crew data collector files (points), field sketches, digital photographs, and reference maps. -Ability to take and apply direction. -5+ years of surveying experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D. -Proven record of producing clean and accurate plan presentations. -Knowledge of field survey operations, engineering and construction industry.
