Tasks

-Oversee financial processes in Yardi and review automated OPEX analysis for accuracy. -Validate recoverable expenses, apply exclusions and caps, and assess amortization requirements. -Prepare CAM Reconciliation invoices and deliverables for tenants. -Generate portfolio performance reports and resolve tenant billing inquiries in collaboration with Property Managers and Asset Management Analysts. -Support due diligence for acquisitions/dispositions and manage prorations. -Analyze financial variances, calculate CAPS, and compare CAPEX bids to budgets. -Review Budgets, CAM Reconciliations, Reforecasts, and Estimates, ensuring accurate coding, allocation, and documentation of expenses.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field. -Strong understanding of CAM, CAPS, and expense allocation practices. -Experience in property management financial analysis and reporting. -Proficiency in Yardi and other property management software. -Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities. -Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
