Project Assistant

Overview

Assist project manager with admin tasks, billing, tracking, and customer communication.

Tasks

-Communicate with customers via phone or email as needed -Coordinating project timelines with internal departments. -Documenting project billing processes and maintaining records. -Monitoring project timelines and deadlines. -Process account billing and invoicing in a timely manner -Upload and monitor job information and progress -Update job information in the customer’s tracking system -Accommodating updates and changes to project schedules.

Requirements

What You Bring

-Associate's degree in a relevant field (preferred) -Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, and applicable Engineering programs. -Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. -Prior construction experience (preferred) -Possess a valid driver’s license or be eligible and willing to obtain the required license for the position. -Good Written and oral communication. -Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc.
