Tasks
-Assist with installation of garage doors when the workload dictates the need. -Prioritize work activity according to business need and as directed by supervisor. -Complete and submit daily work reports, productivity records, and other documentation as required. -Provide exceptional customer service. -Regularly works with fiberglass insulation and other potential skin irritants (PPE required). -Adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook. -Perform repairs and adjustments to completed installs as needed. -Perform routine pre- and post- inspections to ensure suitable working nature of equipment and vehicles. -Effectively communicate job status and key issues to Manager. -Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures. -Visualize and implement Company vision and core values. -Load and unload supplies and materials. -Adhere to company safety standards and procedures. -Install insulation at commercial and residential job sites in a time-efficient and quality-centered manner.

What You Bring
-Functions well as part of a team. -Physically able to bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time. -Effectively follows written and verbal instructions. -Able to perform accurate measurement and basic calculations. -Demonstrate initiative and reliability with minimal supervision. -Works effectively with minimal supervision and direction. -High School Diploma or GED. -Occasional work in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces. -Frequent bending, standing, lifting, and ongoing physical activity. -Ability to achieve performance objectives in a time-sensitive and quality centered environment. -Physically able to exert up to 25 lbs of force regularly. -Regular exposure to the elements. -Punctual and reliable.
