Tasks

We are currently searching for an E&I Supervisor on a 19:9 rotation to join our team on Project Ceres. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and managing the electrical activities from the initial phases of the construction project. -Preparing manning and tooling requirements for self-performed E&I works. -Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to understand electrical requirements. -Manage, inspect and interface with subcontractors (UG/AG Cable Installation, TCFs & Batch Plant). -Address any issues or defects promptly and effectively. -Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. -Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant electrical codes, safety and project specifications. -Develop and implement a plan for early electrical activities in alignment with project schedule. -Support site temporary power requirements and installations. -Assign tasks, monitor progress and ensure work is performed to high quality and safety standards. -Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.

What You Bring

-Ideally experience within the oil & gas industry. -Experience within a high-pressure construction environment. -Relevant electrical licenses or certifications. -7+ years’ experience working as an Electrical Supervisor or equivalent.
