Overview

Perform blend repair, recontouring, deburring, coating removal and turbine disassembly.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Route defects and blend turbine components to original contour -Use of documentation (quality documentation / records (Travelers and Forms)) / etc. -Use and maintain blending tools and equipment, including large belt sanders and die grinders -Operate stand-up blast cabinets and perform daily PM.

What You Bring

-It is expected to take 6 months maximum to become proficient in all the job responsibilities. -Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers. -High School Diploma or equivalent experience -Experience working in an industrial environment.
