What You Bring
-Proven leadership in managing marketing teams or initiatives -Excellent storytelling, communication, and project management skills -Good communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels of the business -Strong attention to detail and an ability to establish and meet deadlines/budgets -Strong understanding of the pursuit process -5–8 years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for AEC or related verticals. -Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, Business); advanced degree a plus -Proficiency in graphic design (e.g., Adobe Suite), CRM systems (Cosential, Salesforce), and content development -Critical thinker and problem-solving skills -Ability to work effectively within a group with 'team spirit' as well as independently motivated -Ability to structure and create trainings suited for multiple learning styles -Ability to effectively balance multiple priorities
