Tasks

-Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, and best practices -Lead continuous improvement initiatives for BIM processes and workflows -Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trends -Spearhead the development and implementation of BIM models for complex construction projects -Manage and coordinate BIM-related aspects of projects, including timelines and deliverables -Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in the UAE -Analyze and resolve technical issues related to BIM implementation -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient BIM integration -Participate in client meetings to present BIM solutions and address technical queries -Mentor and supervise junior BIM technicians, overseeing workflow and quality control

-Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead teams -Strong knowledge of construction processes, building systems, and industry standards -Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in BIM technology and advanced technical work -Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment -Willingness to adapt to new technologies and innovative approaches in BIM -Strong project management skills and leadership abilities -Excellent 3D modeling and visualization skills -Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools -Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) -Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations (preferred) -Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities -Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members
