Tasks

-Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies -Perform earned value analysis and provide recommendations for performance improvement -Develop comprehensive project plans, including work breakdown structures, schedules, and resource allocation. RTA Approval candidates are mandatory -Coordinate with project managers and team members to resolve scheduling conflicts and issues -Stay updated on industry best practices and local regulations to ensure compliance in project planning -Analyze project requirements and constraints to create realistic timelines and budgets -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project information and ensure alignment with organizational goals -Utilize planning software to create, update, and maintain project schedules -Conduct resource analysis and optimization to ensure efficient utilization -Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and management

What You Bring

-Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning engineering -Knowledge of local regulations and standards in Dubai -Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment -Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field -Proficiency in planning software, such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project -Project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams -Experience in transportation projects is preferred -Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail -Understanding of planning frameworks and collaboration processes -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Professional Engineering (PE) certification
