Provide first-line IT support to employees, handling hardware, software, and network issues.

Tasks

-Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in systems such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and other enterprise tools. -Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner. -Provide occasional on-site support at regional offices or project sites as needed -Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. -Maintain an inventory of IT assets and assist with hardware lifecycle management. -Escalate complex issues to higher-tier IT staff when necessary, ensuring proper follow-up and communication. -Support and maintain VoIP phone systems, printers, and video conferencing equipment. -Document issues, resolutions, and procedures in the helpdesk knowledge base. -Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing and configuring equipment for new hires. -Serve as the first point of contact for internal users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system.

What You Bring

-Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, or remote management tools. -Proficiency with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and common business applications. -CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certification. -Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices. -Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. -Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks. -Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience. -Experience supporting network connectivity, printers, and peripherals. -1+ years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
