Tasks

-Use a customer relationship management system (CRM) holding a portfolio of 50 + customers. -Dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone -Providing quotations for customers -Upsell and gap analysis on existing customers. -Generate new business with existing and new customers. -Lead qualifying. -Taking a proactive approach to building product and plumbing and heating product sales, using every opportunity to make or increase a sale.

What You Bring

-A good telephone manner, excellent communication, and interpersonal skill -Sound building supplies knowledge is preferred. -Confident dealing with customers -Computer literate. -Giving excellent customer service and sound product advice -Previous sales experience in a builder’s merchant environment is advantageous. -The ability to build great customer relationships.
