- Research PO variances.
- Obtain credit memos from sales support, the order center or the billing department depending on the invoice issue.
- Liaison with customer to assist with misc. requests.
- Contact customers on past due invoices
- Pull credit reports and obtain trade references for new or existing customers.
- Assist Credit Specialist with customer payments when needed.
- Communicate cash app discrepancies to customer and need for payback.
- Maintain accurate credit and collection files for customer accounts.

- Effective Customer Service skills in order to communicate accurately and effectively with our internal and external customers.
- Self-starter with the ability to identify issues and escalate them accordingly and appropriately.
- Highly Proficient with MS Office(Outlook, Word, Excel, Access) and JD Edwards/Oracle
- Associate degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
- Highly effective Team Player with the ability to communicate with all audiences.
