Tasks

-Support the client service and sales team to win new work through the development of solutions and leveraging existing and developing new client relationships. -Lead and manage teams through all phases of project planning, execution, and closeout consistent with established project delivery processes to meet the scope, schedule, budget, and other specified requirements stated in the contract -Play a leadership role in project delivery. This typically includes project development and execution of contracts, oversight of other consultants and contractors, communicating with our clients and stakeholders to develop acceptable solutions, and mentoring and training of project engineers/technicians

What You Bring

-Mississippi Professional Engineering license or the ability to obtain a professional engineering license. -10+ years of experience managing water or wastewater infrastructure projects -Understanding of project delivery tools and metrics and a proven history of leading project delivery teams to successfully meet client expectations. -Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental/Chemical Engineering or related engineering field -Project management, staff management, and business development experience -Demonstrated progressive experience in one or more of the following areas water, operations and maintenance consulting, regulatory programs, or related services. -Ability to work with technical leads to understand and translate regulatory requirements into processes and then implement those processes. -Attributes that include excellent oral and written communications, self-motivation, collaborative work practices, strong data analysis and technical problem solving, and a strong organizational approach -Ability to engage directly with clients and stakeholders to build trust and work with individuals to implement program/project objectives.
