Tasks

-Run regular reports to track performance metrics (KPIs) and support management in monitoring supply chain performance. -Assist in creating and maintaining tools and reports to gather and analyze key supply chain data. -Analyze product lifecycle, demand trends, and inventory levels to support MRP planning and ensure material availability. -Support monthly S&OP demand planning activities, including data collection, forecast updates, and variance analysis between forecast and actual demand. -Maintain accurate item master data, BOMs, and ERP configurations to ensure reliable planning information. -Collaborate with supply chain specialists to identify and implement improvements to tools, reports, and processes. -Support cost tracking and sourcing activities by gathering data and performing cost comparison analyses. -Participate in supply chain improvement projects focused on automation, efficiency, and standardization. -Monitor supplier performance and assist with escalations or communication between vendors, procurement, and engineering.

What You Bring

-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. -Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools. -Enrollment in or interest in pursuing a professional designation (e.g., SCMP, APICS/CPIM). -Minimum 2 years of related experience in supply chain, procurement, or planning roles (internship or co-op experience considered). -Basic understanding of ERP/MRP systems, inventory management concepts, and demand planning. -Working knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement concepts. -Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team. -Experience with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, SAP Joule) for scenario planning, executive-ready insights, and rapid decision support in S&OP -Exposure to S&OP, forecasting, or demand planning processes. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work with large data sets. -Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field. -Proactive attitude with strong follow-through and accountability. -Curious and eager to learn about end-to-end supply chain processes. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables). -Effective written and verbal communication skills. -Collaborative mindset and willingness to support team objectives. -Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. -Hands-on experience using AI-enabled supply chain platforms (such as predictive analytics dashboards, optimization engines, or decision intelligence tools) to support end-to-end demand, supply, and inventory planning
