Tasks

Set qualified appointments for the sales team. Engage proactively with every prospect inside retail environments. Maintain a positive, energetic presence through the entire shift. Track interactions, leads, and appointments in the CRM. Conduct discovery conversations to identify customer needs and interest level.

What You Bring

Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required. Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours per shift. Experience in high-traffic retail or customer-facing roles. Sol-Up is seeking driven, outgoing, high-energy professionals to join our retail team as Energy Ambassadors. You will represent Sol-Up inside high-traffic retail locations, start meaningful conversations, and set high-quality appointments for our solar consultants. Your energy, personality, and consistency will directly shape the customer experience and drive the success of our team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation required (multiple location coverage). Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections with confidence.
