Tasks

-Assist in maintaining and monitoring IT infrastructure systems including servers, networks, and storage -Learn and apply IT best practices and security standards -Participate in infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations, and system enhancements -Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical issues -Support IT team in hardware deployments, software installations, and troubleshooting activities -Help document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps

What You Bring
