-Utilizing our dispatching & schedule management software -Coordinating the schedule and material ordering for multiple craftsmen and projects -Performing paperwork and filing duties -Assist in solving operational logistics to ensure a smooth customer journey -Respond to job leads in a timely manner -Returning customers calls as needed and following up with past customers

-Comfortable with sales -QuickBooks Online or other accounting knowledge, a plus -ServiceTitan experience is a major plus -Strong customer service skills -High school diploma or GED -Great multitasking and prioritization skills -Customer-facing experience, a plus -Exceptional communication skills -Sales and/or Marketing – a basic understanding of sales and marketing and the differences between the two, a plus -Solid typing skills; ten-key skills, a plus -Excellent office management skills -3-5 years of administrative assistant/scheduling experience -Adaptive to technology
