Tasks
-Support employee well-being and motivation using proven engagement strategies. -Apply Lean principles and agile planning to optimize labor, equipment, and materials. -Coach and mentor leadership teams to elevate performance and accountability. -Translate operational metrics into financial outcomes using sound accounting principles. -Foster a culture of respect, responsiveness, and continuous learning. -Lead root cause analysis and resolution efforts to address operational challenges. -Align daily operations with long-term strategic goals through leader standard work. -Develop capital investment strategies aligned with business goals. -Use trends and metrics to drive continuous improvement across safety and quality outcomes. -Champion a proactive safety culture through data-driven reviews and visible leadership. -Identify cost-saving and productivity-enhancing opportunities. -Represent Marvin in community partnerships and nonprofit initiatives. -Empower teams to take ownership of quality at the source. -Build strong relationships with cross-functional leaders and key suppliers.

What You Bring
-Navigate effectively within a matrixed organizational structure. -Minimum five-year’s experience as a leader in a manufacturing facility with 400+ employees with responsibility for manufacturing, materials, safety, engineering and continuous improvement is required. -Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. -A bachelor’s degree (Engineering or related field preferred); MBA is a plus. -Experience navigating a matrixed organization and collaborating across functions. -Strong financial acumen with the ability to connect operational metrics to business outcomes. -Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in safety, quality, cost, and delivery. -Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing talent.
