Tasks

-Lead and supervise the Assembly team. -Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are met -Perform quality checks on parts and assembled panels. -Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order -Build product in the correct and most cost-effective manner, ensuring alignment with quality necessities and specifications. -Train new employees on powder coating techniques and safety procedures -Follow all job tracking procedures and safety guidelines set forth by the company.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication skills. -Requires pulling, pushing, cutting, lifting and moving parts between 25-50 pounds. -Speed: Operates with a sense of urgency, recognizing the competitive advantage of being swift and responsive. -Judgement: Ability to exercise discretion and lead initiatives autonomously. -Accountability: Ability to hold self and others to the highest of standards. -At least two years of previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment. -Able to follow instructions and execute with thoroughness and follow-through. -High school diploma or GED equivalent.
