Tasks

We have a number of exciting new Sales opportunities within our New Business and Renewals teams. These roles are responsible for managing incoming sales leads, generating and pricing tenders, securing contracts, and ensuring confirmations are completed by the end of each day. You will engage daily with brokers via phone and email to develop existing accounts or manage on-going client relationships. -Continuously seek process improvements and innovative customer solutions -Manage the end-to-end sales process: pricing, contracting, and transferring of agreements -Maintain full compliance with SME sales procedures -Collaborate cross-functionally to maximise revenue and operational efficiency -Adhere to risk and compliance procedures at all times -Ensure all contracts are accurately processed and SODA documentation is completed -Drive growth of the SME new business portfolio to meet or exceed targets -Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and customers via phone and email

What You Bring

-Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel -Proven sales experience (essential) -Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills -Excellent telephone manner and relationship-building abilities -Experience in the gas/power industry (desirable but not essential) -Target-focused and self-motivated
