Mayfield Industries is seeking an experienced Commercial & Project Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex engineering and manufacturing projects across our operations.

7–10+ years delivering complex, multi-disciplinary engineering/manufacturing projects.
Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business or related field.
Understanding of WHS, quality, FATs, commissioning and handover requirements.
Postgraduate qualification (MBA/MEngM) highly regarded.
Experience across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing and Site Delivery.
Exposure to heavy electrical, utilities, or industrial engineering projects highly regarded.
Strong commercial and contract administration capability (RFIs, EOTs, variations, claims).
Strong stakeholder and client management capability.
Experience in with governance, project controls, scheduling oversight and risk management.
Proven leadership experience across PM teams and cross-functional delivery.
PMBOK, Prince2 or Agile qualification.
