Senior Manager - Finishing

Tasks

-Explore new technologies and methods to fast track and deliver better product, reduction of labour involvement (robotics and other methods) -Conduct regular site audits and issue non-conformance reports with corrective actions. -Develop finishing work checklists, QA/QC protocols, and acceptance criteria. -Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and site teams to resolve design and execution challenges. -Provide expert guidance on finishing works including plastering, painting, flooring, false ceiling, joinery, and façade finishes. -Take complete control of design control floor/unit in in terms of SOP and implementation -Monitor execution quality and ensure compliance with approved drawings and standards. -Support in vendor evaluation and selection for finishing packages. -Train site engineers and contractors on finishing techniques and quality benchmarks. -Ensure timely completion of finishing works aligned with project milestones. -Review and validate finishing specifications, mock-ups, and material selections. -Provide expert guidance on finishing material selection.
