Tasks

The Strategy Specialist will develop and implement facility management strategies for high-profile, VVIP, and high-security environments. This role is responsible for creating strategic frameworks, delivering consultancy solutions, and ensuring the successful execution of premium FM projects in alignment with operational and client standards. -Oversee consultancy deliverables and ensure alignment with client expectations. -Monitor and report on strategic KPIs, project outcomes, and client satisfaction. -Collaborate with operational teams to integrate strategic frameworks into day-to-day FM operations. -Lead strategic planning initiatives for premium and high-profile FM projects. -Ensure compliance with governance, quality, and security requirements for sensitive sites. -Identify opportunities for operational improvements and innovation within FM services. -Develop and implement FM strategies tailored for VVIP and high-security environments.

What You Bring

-Professional certifications highly desirable: CFM, FMP, PMP, or ISO 41001 Lead Implementer. -Ability to work under structured governance and high expectations for quality and delivery. -Arabic language proficiency preferred. -Strong capability in developing and executing FM strategies. -7–10 years of experience in facility management strategy, consultancy, or project management. -Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline. -Proven experience in high-security or VVIP FM environments. -Discretion, reliability, and professionalism in handling sensitive assignments.
