Tasks
-Manage a team that is responsible for validating, inputting, and maintaining product and marketing data within our Product Information Management System across Fortune Brands Innovations business units. -Lead the syndication of product data to Fortune Brand’s websites, retailers websites and other digital channels. -Champion the “Voice of the Customer & Consumer” by developing a thorough understanding of customer and market needs and trends. Conduct competitive analysis and gain data insights to develop strategies that elevate the holistic omnichannel shopping experience. -Develop strategic partnerships with cross-functional departments and customers to increase customer’s speed to market through improved go-to-market tools and innovative methods for delivering and consuming product and marketing data. -Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives that will drive productivity and improve business processes for both internal and external customers. -Serves as a key contact for our product automation systems vendors, IT, and internal and external customers. -Act as product data steward to ensure data completeness and accuracy and work with other stakeholders to improve the product data and content that is delivered to various channels.

What You Bring
-5+ years of experience with product development lifecycle with consumer/durable goods. -Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. -5+ years of experience with Product Information Management and Syndication tools, specifically Salsify. -Strong management skills with 3+years of experience directly managing a team. -Demonstrated ability to be a team player with skills to lead and participate in cross-functional communication and activities. -Demonstrated effective verbal, written and presentation skills.
