Tasks

-Forecast requirements and adjust plans in collaboration with the Operational Planning Manager. -Align resource planning with project and operations teams. -Develop, maintain, and optimise the master resource plan to meet project and operational needs. -Support strategic workforce planning and operational forecasting. -Maintain the competency matrix, identify skill gaps, and recommend training. -Drive process improvements and digital planning initiatives. -Monitor and respond to daily resource changes, delivering cost-effective solutions. -Keep accurate records of resource usage, performance, and availability. -Source and coordinate external contractors and third-party labour.

What You Bring

-Experience in process improvement and digital transformation initiatives -Proficient in planning tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Power BI, Power Automate). -Strong organisational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. -Planning certifications (e.g., PPC™, PSP, PMI-SP, CIPD Strategic Workforce Planning) -Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy in fast-paced environments. -Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. -Skilled in interpreting data and delivering actionable solutions. -Extensive experience in resource planning, workforce scheduling, or operational coordination (preferably in renewables, engineering, or infrastructure). -Experience managing competency matrices and resource databases. -Background in offshore wind or infrastructure sectors
