Tasks

-Assessing program performance -Planning, organizing, and monitoring projects and programs -Preparing reports for Delivery Managers and Project Managers -Working directly with the client to determine the on-site escalation process -Supporting senior management with business development activities -Developing a roadmap to connect projects to a Program (multi-project campus or site) -Creating tactical plans and monitoring and reporting on progress -Managing cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams, communicating objectives and direction clearly -Assessing project completion vs budget and coordinating staff adjustments and change orders with Site Leads and Project Managers -Representing project team at routine technical meetings

What You Bring

-Experience in the commissioning or maintaining of critical electrical and mechanical systems -Qualified to obtain PMP or equivalent -Experience working with general contractor and excellent skills in communicating expectations -Qualified to obtain Cx certifications -Project management background for engineering projects -Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, PMP or equivalent military or industrial training with 7+ years of experience in electrical/mechanical/controls engineering, energy services, plant operations, or related field or construction management -Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project or equivalent -Knowledgeable in major regulations, industry codes and standards as well as basic construction materials, means and methods
