Tasks

-Setting Out Engineers - Support precision civil works, layout, and construction phase execution. -Help deliver a sustainable low-carbon energy future for the UK. -Contributing to contract formation, change control, risk management, and commissioning planning. -Managing the technical elements of procurement and engaging early with suppliers. -Delivering engineering work packages and contract strategies aligned with the replication of Hinkley Point C (HPC) designs. -Coordinating complex internal and external interfaces across design, engineering, and delivery. -Work with leading industry experts in a collaborative, safety-first culture. -Structural Engineers - Contribute to design, planning, and execution of reinforced concrete and structural components. -Construction Engineers - Oversee site-based delivery of complex civil works. -Project Managers - Drive engineering and procurement delivery for contracts up to £50M. Manage end-to-end lifecycle from strategy to execution.

What You Bring

-Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and work in a high-regulation environment. -Project Management certifications (APM, PMP, etc.) -Experience in managing EPC/EPCM contracts. -Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines. -Background in nuclear or major infrastructure projects. -Chartered status or working towards it. -Understanding of safety, quality, cost, and risk in complex environments. -Proven experience in managing or delivering large-scale engineering or construction projects. -Strong interface, stakeholder, and procurement management experience.
