Overview
Supervises caulking crew, ensures safety, manages paperwork, and oversees project execution.

Tasks
-Keep supervisors informed on the job’s progress and estimate completion dates -Implement company policies and procedures to ensure work performance is in compliance with ISO and OSHA standards, and DOT regulations -Ensure that established safety policies are followed -Train and mentor others on the Caulking Crew as needed -Complete new hire paperwork for local union members when required -Review plans, complete an estimate/take off and order caulking material for projects -Daily logging and review of crew members hours to ensure payroll accuracy -Provide daily reporting via tablet as required to administrative personnel -Complete caulking in a systematic manner to ensure completion and efficient use of resources -Verify caulk details prior to starting the job -Provide work direction, and promote teamwork, amongst the crew members -Provide input for project pre-planning and follow field plans -Work concurrently with crew to complete job while supervising work -Represent the company on, and off, job sites and communicate effectively with general contractor and sub-contractors -Communicate resource problems to supervisors in a timely manner

What You Bring
-Completion of OSHA 30-hour -Ability to travel -Ability to work from ladders and aerial work platforms -Ability to foresee potential problems and take necessary action to prevent the problems from occurring -Ability to work extensive overtime when required -Two years minimum of precast caulking experience -Ability to use construction mensuration equipment (i.e. transits, levels, and laser levels) -Ability to read and interpret shop drawings -Valid driver’s license -High school diploma (or equivalent) -Ability to effectively communicate with personnel at different levels -Field: Must be able to traverse uneven ground, move minimum of 50lbs., spatial awareness/depth perception, climb on a flatbed semi-trailer -Ability to work in an organized manner and adapt readily to change -Ability to work well with others and maintain professional conduct at all times -Possess excellent work habits and be able to demonstrate them to subordinates -Computer skills
