Tasks

The Regional MEP Lead will provide strategic leadership and technical oversight across a suite of major projects within a growing regional framework. -Promote sustainability, digital engineering, and modern methods of construction (MMC). -Lead and manage all MEP functions across high-value life sciences projects within the region. -Support continuous improvement, innovation, and business growth across the region. -Mentor and develop MEP project teams, fostering a high-performance culture. -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design partners, and key stakeholders. -Drive strategy, technical excellence, and consistency from pre-construction through commissioning. -Oversee MEP design development, procurement, delivery, and quality assurance.

What You Bring

The successful candidate will be an experienced MEP professional with a proven background in leading major, technically complex projects — ideally within life sciences, pharmaceutical, or advanced manufacturing sectors. -Track record of delivering projects over £100M+ in value. -Strong commercial and technical understanding of building services delivery. -Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. -Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering. -Senior leadership experience within a main contracting environment.
