Tasks

-Oversee field data management activities, analyze and recommend data collection process improvements. -Recommend internal controls and/or process improvements for data management program(s) and associated processes developed to address compliance requirements set forth by NERC and other regulatory entities. -Help update and maintain documentation for audit support. -Learn the different transactions used in SAP and PowerBase (EnoServ) to complete daily tasks. -Identify and implement processes to ensure integrity of asset information across multiple platforms. -Assess procedural adherence and operational risks by evaluating issues and/or gaps in identified department processes. -Manage Electric Transmission and related business unit asset information and policies through all stages of asset life cycle, including scheduling and tracking of Electric Transmission construction and maintenance activities. -Conduct inter-departmental reviews of completed field work

-Excellent oral and written communication skills. -Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making skills. -Learn to read and understand prints. -Strong computer skills. -Strong focus on quality and detail oriented. -Excellent planning, organizational and project management skills with the ability to facilitate and/or work on multiple project teams simultaneously. -0-2 years related work experience; preferred bachelor's degree. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Ability to develop training materials and to effectively communicate concepts to others. -Some experience utilizing SAP Enterprise Asset Management to perform specific functions required.
