Trainee Accounts Assistant

Overview

Assist finance team with processing, analysis, reporting and AAT training

Key Responsibilities

• invoice processing
• balance reconciliation

Tasks

-Registering and processing purchase invoices. -Balance Sheet Reconciliations including bank and credit card reconciliations. -Support with the production of budgets, forecasts and monthly management accounts to strict deadlines. -Assist with completion of regular weekly and monthly management information. -Analysis of cost and balance sheet accounts. -Raising ad hoc Sales invoices. -Ad Hoc reporting and generation of information to support other departments.
