Tasks
-Develop and maintain occupancy plans for assigned buildings and campuses. -Maintain accurate occupancy data in Tririga, including floor plans, furniture layouts, seat capacity, and seat status. -Analyze headcount forecasts and space utilization data to recommend effective space solutions. -Participate in all move planning activities (small, medium, large) with the MAC team. -Serve as the direct/primary point of contact for the Facility Planner. -Align occupancy strategies with organizational changes in partnership with HR, IT, and business units. -Support the Applied Facility Planner in updating new hire activations in Tririga. -Prepare and present reports on space metrics and planning scenarios to leadership. -Conduct space audits and quarterly seat accuracy validations to meet KPI targets; partner with MAC for physical walk-throughs and provide training as needed. -Support EHS initiatives, including fire extinguisher location planning. -Ensure all occupancy planning activities comply with company standards, building codes, and safety regulations. -Partner with the CAD/BIM Manager to ensure Tririga floor plans are up to date. -Maintain accurate records in CAFM/IWMS systems to support data-driven decision-making. Provide oversight to cross-functional partners engagement with the system -Collaborate with the Planning Lead on facility-related tasks and projects. -Improve move scheduling, communication, and alignment with internal and external business partners. -Download planned seating/restack scenarios to MAC, finalize move sequences, and produce/share final move timelines with stakeholders (Facility Planner, PM, FM, CAD Administrator, etc.).

What You Bring
-Communicate effectively with MAC, PMs, construction teams, and design teams, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. -Strong analytical and communication skills. -Proficiency in space planning tools (e.g., AutoCAD, CAFM/IWMS systems). -3+ years of experience in occupancy planning, space management, or workplace strategy. -Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
