Overview

Lead MEP cost estimation, budgeting, and control for large construction projects

Tasks

-Mentor junior staff and produce high-level cost reporting -Implement and manage project cost control systems -Review subcontractor bids, change orders, and payment apps -Support procurement strategy and contract execution -Advise leadership on design changes and cost implications -Oversee change orders from evaluation through implementation -Lead MEP cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting across large-scale projects -Conduct risk-based cost analyses and align cost/schedule impacts

What You Bring

-5+ years in MEP cost control pr project controls on large construction projects -Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and process utilities -Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills -Bachelor’s in mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering -Certifications (MRICS, CCP, PMP) -Skilled in cost control software (CostX, Sage, Prism, Excel, ERP) -Semiconductor, data center, or pharma/cleanroom project experience -Familiarity with BIM/VDC workflows -Experience with Lump Sum, GMP, and Cost-Plus contract models
