Tasks

-Maintain and enhance the overall resident experience and building reputation. -Conduct twice-daily walk rounds and inspections to ensure operational excellence. -Monitor building projects and maintain Gantt-style timelines for quarterly OC meetings. -Coordinate with external management companies on maintenance and enhancement projects. -Organize and manage resident events and calendar activities. -Define and enforce service standards across all teams. -Oversee five key teams: Security, Maintenance, Cleaning, Gardening, Bell & Valet Staff. -Develop and implement training manuals and service protocols. -Ensure staff presentation and uniforms meet luxury standards.

What You Bring

We are seeking a Residence Excellence Lead to elevate the living experience and reputation of one of Dubai’s premier residential buildings located between two five-star hotels. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our standards and services match the luxury of our surroundings. -Previous experience as a Duty Manager or Concierge executive -Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously. -Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to luxury standards. -Strong leadership and team management skills.
