The Role

Overview

Obtain Wayleave agreements from homeowners/landlords for telecom projects.

Tasks

-Communicate with and act as the key point of contact for all stakeholders, responding to queries in a timely manner. -Formally agreeing the route and proposed works with these to conclude the Wayleave agreement, ensuring the correct permissions are in place prior to the Build works commencing and taking proactive steps to address any issues which might impacts works. -Build Team - for the securing of access to the properties/ land in question and the completion of the required route approval -Project Manager - for line management and the management of all Wayleave activity, issues and timelines -Track progress through all systems, providing timely updates on both progress and issues. -Ensure that a 'Right First Time' culture is adopted and developed throughout the business. -Proactively engaging with these to ensure that Circet, the works and timescales are understood and accesses granted for the build. -Ensure that the programmes for the contracts are successfully delivered in a Safe, Quality and On Time Manner -Develop and improve our Circet Wayleave practice and tools. -Drive compliance to any regulatory measures that may apply to the works and operations that Circet undertake. -Head of Programmes for the purpose of understanding our agreed deployment plans, and the flow of work and volumes -Sponsor new ways of working which would improve delivery and service then support any activities being undertaken to implement change. -Home owners and landlords - for the communication of Circet's plans and timescales, the resolution of queries and issues, and the formal agreement of the Wayleave. -Build relationships with key home owners and landlords in our award area
