Manage invoices, credit proposals, cash allocation, and customer/opportunity records in D365.

Tasks

-Allocating cash to invoices. -Raising project credit proposal. -Checking for existing prospect / customer record in D365. -Linking opportunity records created in D365. -Performing D&B check for Prospect. -Processing customer update in D365. -Creating Customer Record in D365 & inform requestor. -Converting Prospect Record into Customer Record in D365. -Entering opportunities in source systems upload into D365 by bulk file upload. -Creating Opportunity in Financial system. -Raising invoice proposal. -Informing any other legal entities/cost centres of opportunity detail.

What You Bring

-Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to quickly form professional relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority. -Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics (or accounting qualification) -Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently, being both autonomous & a team player. But can identify when issues need to be escalated quickly. -Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must -Strong IT Skills including Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, formulas, etc), Dynamics 365 knowledge advantageous. -An experience of 3-10 years -Attention to detail. -Ability to work under time pressure
