Senior Estimator

Tasks

In this role you will play a key part in the Estimating team, the successful candidate will work alongside submissions and technical teams on the preparation of competitive tenders. -Produce accurate estimates, cost plans and budgets from early-stage information, with the ability to price from first principles and analyse subcontractor quotations. -Lead the estimating process on major and complex tenders, managing supply chain engagement, client interaction and coordination with internal commercial and delivery teams. -Work across multiple tenders at once, contributing to tender meetings, collaborating with the wider bid team, and ensuring all costs are accurately compiled in estimating systems. -Support and lead members of the estimating team, helping develop junior staff while contributing to business development and maintaining strong client relationships. -Manage Design & Build tender requirements, including identifying design elements and coordinating with external designers.
