Tasks

-Proactively lead risk management efforts and reviews -Assist in preparing client project funding documents -Be a visible leader onsite, assessing engineer and contractor progress -Expertly negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partners -Create and manage cost forecasts for key client developments -Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks -Manage and monitor project schedules, reporting on exceptions to the plan -Support the final reconciliation of contracts and purchase orders -Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients -Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings
