Tasks

-Provide expert advice and guidance on vetting procedures to employees and stakeholders. -Collaborate with colleagues across HR and the wider business to ensure vetting standards are upheld. -Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with statutory and audit requirements. -Handle complex vetting cases with discretion and sound judgement. -Manage your own caseload of vetting applications, ensuring timely and compliant processing. -Support reporting and analysis for the Vetting Manager and senior leadership. -Liaise with third-party providers, clients, and vetting agencies to support seamless service delivery. -Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance vetting processes.

What You Bring

-High attention to detail and integrity in handling confidential information. -Experience in personnel security vetting, preferably NSV and ONR. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Ability to manage high workloads and adapt in a fast-paced environment. -Analytical thinking and confidence in managing complex cases. -National Security Vetting will be required to undertake the role (Essential). -Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
