Tasks

-Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination. -Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. -Ensure project milestones, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. -Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams. -Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and project logs. -Conduct regular site visits to review progress, proactively identify issues, and support field teams. -Monitor project financials, change orders, and cost controls.

Invoke Staffing is partnering with a growing commercial and education focused general contractor in the Triangle seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee ground-up and renovation projects across the region. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy leading teams, and have a track record of delivering successful commercial projects, we want to connect with you. -10+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager (GC experience preferred). -Proven ability to lead commercial projects from start to finish. -Strong pipeline of shovel ready projects into 2026 and 2027 -Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. -Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration. -Experience with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar). -Ability to travel to project sites across NC and the Southeast as needed. -Ability to read and interpret construction documents, plans, and specifications.
