Tasks
-To work with the team to develop and close out all contract documentation such as, “As built” drawings, Commissioning Manuals and Operation and Maintenance Manuals -Production and review of health and safety documentation (risk assessments & method statements / Project management plans). -Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors -Liaison with site manager and site teams to ensure work is completed to programme, budget, and quality -Procurement of materials -Attend/undertake factory, site and works testing, commissioning, and client training -Involvement with preparation of subcontract orders -Involvement with cost to complete / budget reviews with the project delivery teams -Early site investigation works in coordination with the client, design and project team -Outline engineering from inception to completion of schemes utilising in-house resources, site installation and construction personnel. -Preparation & management of project programmes -Assistance with the evaluation and submission of claims for variation works -Delivery of water M&E projects e.g., Pumping Stations, Dosing Systems, Chlorination plants & associated civil structures etc. -Working closely with the design team to gather all required information, participate in regular design reviews and Hazard Studies to develop the best solution -Developing Inspection and Test Plans and ensuring they are completed as the scheme progresses

What You Bring
-Chemical dosing experience desirable but not essential -An industry applicable electrical ONC/HNC/B.Eng or NVQ equivalent -Working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Project -Experience of leading and managing functions where required -ATEX experience desirable but not essential -Proven experience within the Water Industry -Proven influencing and negotiation skills to both internal and external stakeholders -Flexibility, resilience and the ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders. Demonstrating strong ethical standards with openness and honest. -Attendance and input into internal and client design reviews -Flexibility, resilience and the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels -Excellent communication skills (email/phone/face to face)
