Tasks

-Performing detailed checking of work completed by others under their direct supervision -Reviewing schedules and budgets of projects under their supervision -Preparing proposals and conducting efforts supporting business development activities -Actively participate in structural team development and individual professional growth -Executing a variety of engineering tasks including the preparation of reports, investigatory studies, engineering design calculations, and Contract Documents -Maintaining routine communications with the project team members during proposal, design and construction phases of a project -Visiting project sites to review work in progress, gain field experience, and advance practical engineering skills

What You Bring

-Successfully passed, or plan to take, the FE exam with intent to pursue licensure in Professional Engineering -Experience with Autodesk Revit -Willingness to grow and learn new market sectors and areas -Works independently with direction and support from senior colleagues -Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology and 0-3 years experience -Confident communicator with strong report writing skills -Completing assignments requiring a knowledge of structural engineering fundamentals and the application of those fundamentals to the production of engineering deliverables -Associates Degree in engineering technology, science, math, architecture, computing, technical drafting, or other relevant technical curriculum and 6+ years of qualifying engineering experience; OR -Collaborates effectively in multidisciplinary design teams -Familiarity with structural engineering design and finite element analysis (preferred)
