  • Ensure all work is completed safely and to customer expectations.
  • Ensure that the overall quality of work performed by the crew meets or exceeds standards and expectations.
  • Pouring curb, sidewalk, and finishing concrete.
  • Plan, organize and delegate the daily work activities among crew members.
  • Guide the crew towards goal achievement.
  • Work as a member of a team to complete restoration work of concrete and asphalt to return job site to its pre-work condition.
  • Complete project paperwork as required by the customer.
  • Handle minor customer complaints and inquiries. Escalate issues to the superintendent or general foreman, if necessary.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of hard surface (concrete and/or asphalt) experience.
  • Current Class A CDL.
  • Current driver’s license with good driving record.
