-Events: Assist with resident events and partnerships with local businesses -Customer Experience: Support residents, manage inquiries, and build connections -Marketing: Contribute to social media, create content, and support outreach campaigns

What You Bring

-Ability to work 40 hours per week -Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, marketing, real estate, or related field. -Reliable transportation -Friendly, outgoing, and a confident communicator -Ability to respond to after hours lock outs (shared/rotating schedule) -Well developed customer service and communication skills -Experience in planning events and/or partnering with local businesses. -Organized and tech-savvy (Google Suite, canva, social media, etc.) -Knowledge of software platforms such as Slack, Asana, Google Suite and more. -Ability to work during university breaks (summer, fall, winter, spring) -Knowledge of marketing tools such as Instagram, Canva, HeyMarket, etc. -Insight into UNCW, CFCC, Wilmington, and local businesses/events -Comfortable with content creation, brand presence and social media platforms
