The Role

Overview

Manage cafeteria and transportation services, vendor contracts, compliance, and satisfaction.

Tasks

-Partners with vendors to measure service and improvement proposals. -Responsible for promoting compliance with all procedures for correct use of the services. -Is accountable for Employee Satisfaction Metrics for Cafeteria and Transportation services. -Responsible for evaluating risks that may lead to service failures and for seeking solutions and managing the necessary support to mitigate them. -Use the knowledge, experience influence and escalation to assure the definition and deployment of practical procedures and protocols for the successful execution of events and contributes to the satisfaction of our customers. -Provides optimal and effective solutions to complaints/suggestions made by Bosch associates and encourages its work team to maintain a service attitude in these situations. -Responsible for ensuring correct scheduling of services in regular time and overtime. -Administers the Cafeteria and Transportation Committees, verifies active participation of members in incident reporting and promotes the generation and implementation of improvement actions. -Verifies the services provided are within the agreed terms per contract regarding Cost, Quality and Service. -Responsible for maintaining all legal requirements that concessionaires must comply with Bosch and any government agency. Subject to audits. -Encourages the active participation of the team in search of innovation ideas to improve the Service. -Performs periodic audits to assure service alignment to contractual agreed conditions as well as veracity and accuracy of invoices. -Responsible for ensuring that the billing and payment processes to suppliers are carried out in a timely manner. -Makes sure all activities are performed within the applicable security guidelines. -Administers Cafeteria and Transportation services through the selected vendors.

What You Bring

-Knowledge / experience in Problem Solving process and tools. -Strong bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English (verbal and written). -Service leadership (good planning, organization and time management). -Knowledge / experience in resourcing tools and methods. -Positive response to feedback and strong emotional intelligence. -Computer skills (MS Office). Desirable knowledge in SAP. -Strategic and analytical thinking. -Knowledge and background in Mexican Labor Law and Government regulations. -3-5 years experience in Employee services role in multinational/ industrial environment desirable.
